1.What is the difference between a plate charge and a screen charge?
A plate charge is the actual set up fee for the printer to create a plate for printing.
A screen charge is a charge given if there are any halftones or gradients in your supplied art file.

2.Can I put my customer's logo on a stock microwave bag?
Stock bags are preprinted and cannot be customized with customer's logo.

3.What is a screen?
A screen is a halftone or gradient. Halftones cannot be less than 20%.

4.What if I don't have vector art of my logo?
If you do not have vector art of you logo we can create it for you for $50 (T)/hr. This will be billed in 15 minute increments.

5.What are your standard colors?
We use Pantone Solid Uncoated colors. Our standard colors are Reflex Blue, Blue 072, Pantone Blue, Violet, Purple, Red 185, Warm Red, Red 032, Rubine Red, Orange 021, Pantone Yellow, Yellow 109, Pantone Green, Green 347, Brown 646, and Black. Any other Pantone color will have a PMS color matching charge of $40(T) per color.
