7 1/4" Diameter on Lid
For two print areas on the base (recommended): up to 11" (W) x 4" (H)
Maximum print area for wrap graphics on base: 30" (W) x 4" (H)
* There is about 1 1/2" on both sides of the seam, so the art will not touch.

3.5 Gallon Tin

7 1/4" Diameter on Lid
For two print areas on the base (recommended): up to 11" (W) x 6 1/4" (H)
Maximum print area for wrap graphics on base: 30" (W) x 6 1/4" (H)
* There is about 1 1/2” on both sides of the seam, so the art will not touch.

6.5 Gallon Tin

9 3/8" Diameter on Lid
For two print areas on the base (recommended):up to 13" (W) x 7 3/4" (H)
Maximum print area for wrap graphics on base: 35" (W) x 7 3/4" (H)
* There is about 1 1/2" on both sides of the seam, so the art will not touch.

 

SET UP CHARGES:

Lid Imprinting - Minimum 24 all Sizes
$100 (T) set up / screen charge per color.
$50 (T) per color for repeat orders without art changes. 
   Run charge per color $0.90 (T).

BASE IMPRINTING - MINIMUM ORDER OF 96.
PRICES: $150 (T) set up/screen charge per color
$70 (T) per color for repeat orders without art changes
$3.00 (T) per color Imprint run charge
Each additional imprint run color $2.00 (T) per color
PMS COLOR CHARGE: $50 (T) per color, per order.
No color charge if using one of the following standard colors
(White, PMS 185 Red, PMS 202 Burgundy, Pantone Yellow, PMS 356
Green, PMS 3435 Dark Green, Process Blue (Cyan), Reflex Blue,
PMS 2768 Dark Blue, Black, Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Metallic Copper.
Additional colors are available.
We can match other PMS colors or mix ink to
match a swatch with a PMS color charge.

No Screens or Halftones on Tins.
Production Time for printed tins is
15-20 business days after art approval.
Lead times vary during the seasonal months
of September through December.

*Art can be printed with 2 images or a single wrap on base of tin.
