Faxed
art is not acceptable. Multi-colored designs must be color
separated (black and white) and include registration and crop marks.

must be received on CD, 3.5 floppy, or by e-mail. We support
“sit” and “zip” compressed files.
All
files must be submitted in vector format. Adobe Illustrator
CS or below. We accept the following
file formats AI, PDF, and EPS.
ALL
FONTS MUST BE OUTLINED.
All
colors (if not B&W) must be set up in spot color.
If
halftones are in the art a screen charge may apply.
If
Typesetting is required, you must specify the font style and include
it in your e-mail file. Designer graphics are available.

JPG,
TIFF, can only be accepted if it is B&W and will be a one-color
imprint.
JPG,
and TIFF must be high resolution at 300 pixels per inchor higher @ 100%
of final size.
Raster
art will not be enlarged because of distortion.
File's imported into word
are not acceptable.
Bags:
There are 2 different colors
of bags you may choose to place your design on. White
or Kraft.
PMS
Color Options for Design:
The
following colors are our standard colors.
Red
185, Green 347, Brown 464, Pantone Yellow, Orange 021, Reflex
Blue, and Black.
*Extra colors now include: Blue 072, Pantone Blue, Violet,
Purple, Warm Red, Red 032, Rubine Red, Pantone Green, and
Pantone 109.
Any
other color selected will have a PMS color matching charge
applied to it.

Printing Methods: 1-4 spot colors, on an Offset Press. Web press printing (process color) is available at a minumum of 25,000 bags. Call for details.
